Antonio Cid Gutiérrez founded Mantenimientos Cid with one clear idea: that good
maintenance isn't about fixing things when they break — it's about anticipating
problems before they arise.
A lifelong Málaga native, Antonio grew up surrounded by tools and building sites. His
grandfather was a builder — and from him he learned not only the trades, but the respect
for work done well and the importance of leaving every space better than you found it.
After years working in maintenance, he decided to build his own team. A team he trains
himself, with the same philosophy he inherited: prevention, organisation and direct
communication with clients.
Today, Mantenimientos Cid manages around 32 homeowners' associations, 2 town
councils, businesses and private clients in Málaga and the Costa del Sol — with the same
personal touch as day one and the capabilities of a consolidated technical team.
